Unfortunately, the fact that they are classified as small businesses often limits the quality of the technology resources available to them. Many times, small businesses find themselves: being forced into help desk solutions; using a single-person computer consultant who is often unavailable; or losing productivity because a staff member is taking care of computer issues when they should be doing their normal job duties.
We have seen these problems time and time again at new clients. So, we decided to take a different approach to small business computer consulting in Chicago. Our apporach to computer consulting is driven by the core concept that we should provide small businesses with the same level and type of technology support that is typically only available to large corporate clients.
